• Build reusable code and libraries
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize applications/websites for maximum speed and scalability
• Enforce application/website security best practices
• Integrate with third-party APIs and Web Services

Skills and Experience

• Work Experience and Technical Skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in web development
  • Proficient understanding of HyperText Transfer Protocol
  • Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
  • Proficient understanding of pre-processing platforms, such as SASS
  • Proficient understanding of JavaScript
  • Good knowledge of PHP
  • Programming experience with the WordPress CMS platform
  • Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX calls
  • Proficient understanding of data presentation formats such as XML and JSON.
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX best practices
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them

The Project Manager will manage a portfolio of demanding web projects end to end, from project initiation to delivery, and ensure all company objectives are met.

The Project Manager needs to be detail-oriented, have a high level of initiative and work well in a team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work with Account Manager & COO/Heads & Directors to define project scope, resource requirements, timeplan and budget for projects (after project contracting)
• Define, track and evaluate 3 holy grail KPIs: Quality, Timeplan, Budget within the agreed Scope
• Perform risk management
• Quality assurance in all steps of production process
• Define / Highlight / Share to teams all project specifications
• Setup and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Coordinate internal resources and key external contractors for the flawless execution of projects
• Collaborate with, manage, and oversee design, development, and online marketing stakeholders for the duration of each web project
• Accountable for content management
• Guide project team and spark team spirit
• Resource scheduling & resolve conflicts with COO & Heads
• Establish productive and professional relationships within the company
• Debrief/ Knowledge and Success sharing with board, heads & other PMs
• Provide consultation to customers (with AM), regarding time estimations & solutions for several presale or upsale requests
• Ensure all official company procedures are followed
• Consult and suggest business process improvements

Skills and Experience

• Academic
  • Studies in Marketing, Business Administrator or Similar
  • International exposure would be an asset
• Work Experience
  • 3+ years within a digital agency or web project management experience
• Technical Skills
  • Experience in using CMS, especially WordPress would be an asset
  • Understanding of digital universe and web development processes
  • Knowledge of technical terminology and concepts
  • Computer fluency/ confident user of MS Office and desktop apps
  • Proficient knowledge and command of Greek and English languages (French will be an asset)
  • Experience in project management tools and processes
  • Project Management Certification from an accredited institution would be a plus
